The Vice Shipping Policy

Ordering & Shipping

All orders (including ground and 2 day delivery) received after 11:00 AM PST require one full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below).  We ship via UPS & FedEx Cold Chain in summer months.

For UPS Next Day & 2 Day, all orders must be received before 11:00 AM PST to depart the warehouse on the same day.

Please note that all orders are shipped and delivered on business days only* (excluding weekends and holidays).

Federal Law requires someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol.  Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. 

**If, after three delivery attempts, your wine is returned to us, you can request that your order be shipped to a different address. You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees as well as a $25 restocking fee.

To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address.

We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

We ship internationally to 64 countries. To see the full list of countries and duties, click here.

We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah

 

Extreme Weather

To preserve the quality of the wines during Warm Summer months, we can ship via cold shipping with ice packs. All Cold shipping is shipped via 2 day and will require an additional charge. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping via Cold Shipping.

If we notice extreme temperatures around the country we will hold your order until temperatures are more stable.  We will reach out to you once your order is placed to notify you regarding the shipment being held, and you will have the option to cancel or ship via cold storage. If your package is being held, wine will be shipped as soon as the weather becomes more temperate, and you will be notified once the order is shipped.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final.

If you are unsatisfied with your order and believe the wine is corked please contact us here for a replacement.

Damaged Goods

All orders are packed with great care, however if you should receive a broken bottle in your order, please contact us here and we will replace the bottle(s) at no charge to you.

 

Orders for Products & Services

The products we make available on this Site are for your personal, non-commercial use only.  Alcohol products can only be sold to residents in certain states and you will be notified of this prior to completing your order. 

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices on the Site are in U.S. Dollars.  You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit or debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to the Company.  You agree to pay all applicable taxes.  If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us.  Certain products that you purchase on this Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time of such purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of your order, without notice and at our discretion, and you will only be charged for quantities actually shipped.

Any orders placed via the Site are not considered accepted until we have shipped the order.  We cannot confirm the price of an item until an order has been processed. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Site, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate.  If we cancel any orders after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged.
